JAM’s nurse-led service allows for more precise and responsive adjustments to care plans based on evolving medical needs. JAM’s teams have experience in managing complex care needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilator support, PEG feeding, catheter care, and other specialised clinical interventions.

The involvement of JAM Care’s nurses provides case managers with direct access to expert advice and support, ensuring that any concerns or changes in a client’s condition are swiftly addressed. This model of care combines nursing expertise with a person-centred approach, creating a trusted partnership between JAM and case managers, who rely on the service for its thoroughness, reliability, and clinical excellence.

The Training team

We have an industry leading training team that deliver our 4-day mandatory induction training, with our nurses providing bespoke 1 on 1 training for clinical interventions and competencies such as PEG. Our mandatory annual update training also ensures that all staff maintain compliance with the latest practices and standards, and ultimately improving outcomes for clients.
