James Nichols
Owner & CEO
About Me:
I’m 48, I’m married to Marie and have a 16 year old step-son called Archie. I love my family & friends, my work and sport (in that order), and I’m a very proud Yorkshireman.
Career:
I’m a Chartered Accountant, who spent 20 years working in Financial Services, Consultancy, Utilities, Banking, and Outsourcing, before moving into Health & Social Care in 2020 and founding JAM CARE.
Fun Fact:
As a kid, I was in the choir for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s production of Joseph & the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.

Sarah Keeshan

About Me:
I have a 5 year old daughter and a puppy who both keep me on my toes! In my spare time, I love spending time outdoors with my very large family.
Career:
I have worked in Complex Care, supporting adults and children with varying conditions and disabilities, for over 23 years.
Fun Fact:
I took part in a parachute jump for charity and I was terrified, but it turned out to be one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done.

About Me:
A married father of 3 boys. In my spare time I love football, F1 and a big fan of Marvel Movies.
Career:
I have over 20 years’ care recruitment experience for both internal and external clients, working with some of the biggest care providers in the UK.
Fun Fact:
Despite being terrified of heights, I once abseiled down a building and raised over £500 for charity!

About Me:
I have 5 children, 2 grandchildren, love spending time with my family and when my wife lets me, I enjoy fishing.

I have been working in the Complex care industry for over 28 years.

I wrote a book about fishing that was published, and I recently swam with sharks.

Hiya, I’m Becky, a mother of 1 daughter and 2 fur babies.
Career:
I have worked in care for over 20 years now in various sectors including Learning Disabilities, Complex Care, Mental Health, Children & Young People, Supported Living and with the Elderly.
Fun Fact:
A shrimps heart is in its head.

About Me:
I am married with four girls and a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh, particularly Eeyore. In my spare time I love family days out and walking my dogs. Family is everything.
Career:
I qualified as a Nurse in 2003 and have experience with adults and children in Palliative and Complex Care. I am passionate about supporting carers to deliver quality care.
Fun Fact:
In 2023, despite my fear of fish, I went diving with sharks to raise money for SIA.

About Me:
Hi, I’m Veronika. I’m married to Roman, and together we have three boys and one dog. I love spending time with my family, but I also have a big passion for motorcycles and travelling as far as I can.
Career:
I have worked in healthcare across various settings and qualified as a nurse in 2016. I discovered a passion for community nursing and went on to work within the NHS. I later began bank shifts in Complex Care within the community, which inspired me to pursue a career focused on delivering high‑quality care to people in their own homes, surrounded by their families.
Fun Fact:
I once rode through Morocco in summer heat topping over 45°C — with my husband on his bike too — and we quickly realised why we were the only motorcycles around!

About Me:
Hi I’m David, I am father of 4 and Grandfather of 2 despite how young I look.
Career:
I have been working as a behavioural specialist for over 20 years supporting individuals with learning difficulties, mental health and other life challenges.
Fun Fact:
I’m a happy go lucky person that really enjoys everything about football.

About Me:
I’m passionate about extreme cycling, long walks, and spending quality time with friends on the weekends. I also share my home with a lively ginger cat named Beanz.
Career:
I’ve spent over 10 years working in healthcare, with experience in both complex care and supported living. My focus has been on recruitment—helping patients find the right care team to meet their individual needs.
Fun Fact:
I once cycled 150 miles from Telford to Manchester over two days!

About Me:
Benson (37), born Zimbabwean, based in Telford, married father of 3. Journeying with JAM Complex Care since 2023 was never regrettable.
Career:
Professional, reliable, dependable, highly committed (HCA) in Complex Care and experienced for over five years. Qualified and still taking up studies in the Health and Social Care field thereby scaling up the personal development ladder.
Fun Fact:
You should not mess with a marathoner, I can run to and from work, honestly running has greatly enhanced my sense of wellbeing and fitness. Top distance ever ran was 90km, a Comrades marathon (2019).

I have over 30 years experience within the healthcare sector, having worked across Mental Health Acute, & Rehabilitation, Secure services, Brain Injury, CAMHS & Learning Disabilities in a service and business development capacity.

Having recently bought an historic townhouse in Portugal, we are now rising to the challenge of undertaking a full renovation whilst being based in the UK!!

Outside of work I am a wife and mother to two boys. I love spending quality time with my family.

I have eight years of experience working in childcare, nurturing, safeguarding, and supporting children’s development. Following this, I transitioned into Complex Care. I provide specialised support to individuals with complex medical and care needs ensuring their, comfort, dignity and well-being. My experience has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, adapt to unique care requirements and deliver high – quality person – centered care.

I once took part in Heart FM Run for home for Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital.
