Our Story

A Message from our founder

Hello, and welcome to our website.  JAM started as a passion project in 2018 having seen family and close friends struggle to get access to good care. I knew there must be a better way. And so, in 2020 JAM CARE was born, with a simple aim… to “Change Lives for the better!”

We do this by recruiting great people, train them brilliantly, and look after them, and in return they look after our clients brilliantly.

6 years in, and we are working with the UK’s biggest NHS trusts, we’ve won several times at the Great British Care Awards and are a 3X winner of Complex Care Provider of the Year. The JAM future is bright, and we’d love to hear from you if you are looking for a job or looking for a care provider.

Why “JAM”?  We are named after my family: James (me), Archie (my son), and Marie (my wife), because we run JAM CARE like a family… we support and care for everyone associated with us: our clients, their loved ones, our care staff, our suppliers etc…  It’s what makes us different!
