How JAM Supports you at home
JAM will work with you, your families, and your loved ones, to build a support plan tailored to your care needs, and your wants, hopes, and dreams, all whilst working in partnership with your multi-disciplinary team of experts (NHS, GP etc).
JAM’s amazing Nurse-led Care
JAM’s carers are trained by one of our expert Registered nurses, who also monitor & manage your clinical needs.
Our Nurses will ensure your Care staff understand your condition, and how best to support you, & keep you safe.
JAM’s super carers
Your JAM care team are the BEST! They been trained by our nurses and our expert carer training team, and have between 6 months and 40 years of Care experience completed a 4-stage screening process, had 3 days of JAM training and passed our JAM assessment centre, all before they step into your home.
Finally, the JAM nurses train your care team in your home and must sign them off as being competent across (up to) 22 tasks that are personal to your specific care needs.
